Deviating from “standard” UX process
I closely studied the current Clocky website. While we are building a new site, this isn't a standard heuristic evaluation for before-and-after comparisons. However, given its similarity as an e-commerce site, I believed learning from its past failures could help optimize our design, maximizing the value of existing knowledge.
